Currently, there are around 2.2 million unemployed in the UK, and the figures are rising. Thousands of people have been made redundant in financial, media and manufacturing sectors, and it’s set to keep rising. The job market is more competitive than ever, making it tough to find a job. Employers’ attitudes, unfortunately, are starting to reflect the ease with which they’re finding it to recruit people.
